To help our clients maximise their investment in PetroView we supply monthly data updates for each region, comprehensive support and frequent training.
Support
All subscribing users can access our comprehensive technical helpline (via telephone and email), which provides daily operational support. This is supplemented with regular site visits and user group meetings.
Training
Regular PetroView training courses are held at our offices and at those of our clients. Introductory and advanced training courses are held for both our MapInfo and ArcGIS versions of PetroView. The training courses can be customised depending on individual user and company requirements.
