On-call is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis. This formalised support arrangement radically reduces administration and means that no question is too small and each will receive immediate attention.
The service is not intended to substitute more formal engagements warranted by, for example, the size of the assignment or the subject matter of the information requested. Nor does On-call replace our existing subscription services.
It costs nothing to activate your account. To sign up, simply provide us with the names of authorised users in your organisation and a lead representative.
